If a kiosk appears to be on according to the power switch but the screen is blank, it is possible that the computer is off or that the kiosk is unplugged.  To check if the computer is off, open the door that is on the side of the kiosk (on the right side if you are facing it).  The computer is the silver box that is affixed to the inside of the door.  The power button is on the underside of the computer and should be illuminated.  If the power button is not illuminated and the kiosk is plugged in, press the power button to turn the computer on. 


If the kiosk still does not turn on after this please submit a ticket to IT.
