Check the patron's record and see if they have any billed item fines on their account. Billed items will generate blocks on accounts until they are removed through payment or by staff. This block is separate from the fine amount block, which is why a patron still requires an override with fines less than $50.00.
A patron owes less than $50.00 in fines but still being blocked from check out/computer use Print
